From ASHES Jewelry's Mission
Our goal here at From ASHES is to create jewelry that fits you and your personality. Our hand crafted chainmail jewelry is made with high quality hypo-alergenic materials that are great for those with sensitive skin! I believe that accessories shouldn't be limited just because you have skin sensitivities and that's why I make and wear my own jewelry.

Our Story
“How in the world did you get started making chainmail?” I get this question a lot. Honestly, it’s a bit of a funny story. Back in 2013 my husband and I were getting married. Fall of 2013 to be exact. Since we were young, a lot of the wedding was DIY. After searching dress shops, malls, jewelry stores, online, and more, I could not find any jewelry I liked for my wedding day. My dress looked like it was made to be on a 1950’s Hollywood red carpet, and I wanted jewelry to match. All I could find were tiaras and “bling” necklaces. To be fair, I don’t care much for diamonds. I decided on a pair of earrings that my Grandmother had gifted me right before she passed, and set out to make a necklace to match! It was going to be beautiful! I looked at a bracelet I had been gifted years before and decided that chainmaille was the way to go. I know, it doesn’t fit the theme AT ALL. And it didn’t. In fact, I didn’t even wear the necklace I had designed for my wedding, I had run out of time and ended up wearing a little strip of lace as a necklace that matched perfect. But, I had learned to make chainmail, using my creativity and a bracelet. Quickly my family started placing orders for the Holidays. Within a few months, I was doing custom orders and I was hooked. By the following summer, I had signed up for my first local event and found that other people love unique jewelry just as much as I do! I have been creating ever since, and I absolutely love being able to create custom pieces.
